Attorneys will discuss case
studies and answer your questions related to ADA with the goal of making your
facility and programs accessible. The Kentucky
Arts Council has a commitment to accessible arts and provides this training for
your staff, board and volunteers to assist your organization in meeting that
expectation. Participating in this workshop will make it possible for you to
indicate training received on your application(s) to the Kentucky Arts
Council.
This workshop is for Arts and Cultural Organizations. It will
help you understand your organization’s legal obligation and give you
valuable information and resources.

fundamental access compliance in order to enhance your ability to present art
and sell to this often overlooked market. Learn about terminology, website
basics, types of access (physical, programs, and communications). This workshop
is for performing artists, visual and craft artists, writers, gift-shops, art
galleries, public art studios and tourist sites.
