Dan Bernitt is a writer and performer. His work has been featured in venues internationally,
from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and New York, New York, to Dublin, Ireland. He has appeared on
public radio stations from Kansas City, Missouri, to Provincetown, Massachusetts, as well as
in a segment for National Public Radio's Studio 360.
A Gaines Fellow at the University of Kentucky, Bernitt graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of art degree in arts administration. He holds a master of fine arts in playwriting from The New School, where he studied with Jon Robin Baitz and Christopher Shinn. As a guest artist, he has performed and taught workshops at numerous colleges.
