Steve Moulds has been a Playwrights' Center Jerome Fellow and a National New Play Network Playwright in Residence with Curious Theatre Company, and is a playwright in residence at Theatre  in Louisville. Productions of his plays include "Emergency Prom" (University of Texas at Austin), the Humana Festival anthology "Oh, Gastronomy!," an adaptation of Pirandello's "Six Characters in Search of an Author" for The Hypocrites (Chicago), which received a Jeff nomination for Best New Adaptation, "Your Authentic Self" (Hollywood Fringe Festival), "Compound/Complex" (Brouhaha Comedy Festival), "Von Rollo" (Illusion Theater), "Principles of Dramatic Writing" (Source Festival), "Sisters of Soul" (Pivot Arts Festival), the serialized play "The Stranger and Ludlow Quinn," co-written with Diana Grisanti (Theatre ) and three plays in the Minnesota Fringe Festival — "Killer Smile," "Buyer's Remorse" and "See You Next Tuesday." Steve has also had three 10-minute plays produced by Actors Theatre of Louisville. His plays have been developed by The Inkwell, Performance Network Theatre, San Francisco Playhouse and Lark Play Development Center. His work has been published by Playscripts, Samuel French and Smith and Kraus. He holds a masters of fine art from the Michener Center for Writers at the University of Texas at Austin.
