The Louisville Chorus Ensemble
The Louisville Chorus has thrived for 72 seasons and performs more frequently than any other choral arts agency in the Commonwealth or neighboring states—exceeding the longevity of operas, ballets and theaters in the area. The Chorus filmed two concerts for perpetual international broadcast on EWTN—the largest religious media network in the world, has recorded music for Hollywood movies, and releases CDs. A member of Chorus America, The Louisville Chorus has also had music chosen for nationwide broadcast on the first nationally distributed radio series to focus exclusively on the art of choral music performance.

The Louisville Chorus
A professional chorus of auditioned singers, The Louisville Chorus thrills audiences with a wide repertoire, from choral masterworks with orchestra to pops, children-oriented pieces, Broadway and even bluegrass. The Chorus offers its own active season of concerts, multimedia events and outreach concerts; presents annual benefit shows for charitable organizations; performs with other arts agencies; and offers concerts for arts series and functions throughout Kentuckiana.
Honoring the finest in choral traditions since 1939 and boasting the dynamic direction of music director Daniel Spurlock, The Louisville Chorus exudes character, vitality and integrity in the arts!
