Mary Hamilton
Once upon a time a presenter--perhaps you--dreamed of bringing refreshing, engaging, artistic entertainment to his/her community. She dreamed of adults leaving her venue feeling refreshed, conversing in response to the performance. He dreamed of entertaining his community’s school children while nourishing their ability to listen, read, write and imagine. She dreamed of children and grown-ups exchanging smiles and knowing glances while enjoying a family performance. He dreamed of offering classes for long-time students of the art and curious beginners. Her budget was small, but her dreams were big.
They booked Mary Hamilton, Storyteller, and their dreams came true.
Mary has entranced adults with tales evoking pin-drop silence and tales eliciting laughter at storytelling festivals, including four appearances at the National Storytelling Festival. From Florida to Alaska, she entertained families with a delightful mix of stories at museums, libraries and other venues. In hundreds of schools, young children joined in and older children listened mesmerized as Mary told different stories for these very different audiences. Parents, preachers, teachers, students, librarians, docents and public speakers benefited from her excellent storytelling workshops.
Yes, Mary Hamilton helps presenters’ dreams come true, so they all live happily, and successfully, ever after.
