Submit Your Event
The Kentucky Arts Council invites arts organizations to submit upcoming public events around the commonwealth. Approved events will be added to our Events Calendar.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Submit each entry on one form.
Submissions must be at least one month from the current date and no more than four months out.
Submissions for a long-running series with multiple offerings (e.g., a schedule of events spanning the entire academic semester or calendar quarter) will not be accepted. Submit each event separately.
Single submissions for a series or “run of a show” are acceptable (e.g., a single play with multiple performances or a class or workshop with sequential dates).
Submissions must align with the Kentucky Arts Council’s Mission, Vision, & Values and meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Event is hosted or co-hosted by a Kentucky Arts Partner
- Event is the direct result of a Kentucky Arts Council grant (e.g., Kentucky Touring Grant)
- Event features artist(s) in a Kentucky Arts Council program (e.g., Kentucky Crafted, Performing Artists Directory, Individual Artists Fellowship, etc.)
Events are subject to approval by the Kentucky Arts Council.
