The Kentucky Arts Council is now accepting applications from arts organizations, community groups and eligible artists to receive professional guidance, technical support and program development assistance through the Kentucky Peer Advisory Network (KPAN).
The deadline to apply is June 30, 2026.
KPAN connects applicants with experienced creative industry professionals who can provide short-term, arts-related assistance. Advisory topics include business and finance, emergency preparedness, fundraising, grant writing, product development, strategic planning, board development, marketing and promotions, festival planning and other activities.
Applicants may request assistance from an advisor of their choice through the online directory or be matched with up to three advisors to select from. If approved, the Kentucky Arts Council pays the advisor’s fee.
Before applying, applicants are strongly encouraged to review the KPAN guidelines and arts council core values to better understand program expectations and eligibility.
For questions or assistance, contact Mark Brown, folk and traditional arts director, at [email protected] or 502-892-3115.
